Since my early studies, I have been passionate about understanding how complex systems and organizations can be led towards robust, high, and ever-increasing performance. Initially, this was through working with complex technical systems such as nuclear reactors, robots, and walking machines, leveraging AI and technology. Later, I explored the principles of learning organizations at MIT and, over the course of my 30-year career in business, honed my expertise in leading networks of people toward high performance by leveraging leadership, technology, and the full potential of every individual.
